This gorgeous hotel was run by the exceptionally friendly and excellent staff. My room included an air conditioning and a mini kitchen. The bed here was exceptionally comfortable. The location was good, close to a bus stop and easy to find. Found a place called Madre Tierra, set close to the venue, ate there a few times. You guys made my stay lovely.

Perfect service, great and amazing position close to the 5th avenue. Near to coco bongo and Close to restaurants and the beach, restautants, shops. Large bathroom in the huge room. With a microwave, a dishwasher, and coffee/tea making equipment.

Location: the hotel was short walk to a beautiful restaurant, 10 minutes away walking from the ferry to Cozumel and Cancun airport. I visited Cerveceria Chapultepec right at the venue for a few drinks. The room was practical, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Beautiful apartment, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Small kitchen allowed us to cook. Super nice cleaning staff who cleaned the room every day. Loved the small balcony and comfy bed. Good location in a safe area, short walk to the beach and promenade. Conveniently close to ADO bus terminal. Lovely pool/jacuzzi on the rooftop. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Came here for trip, had quiet 3 days overall. Everything was excellent, yet a few employees were not always friendly. The rooms of the hotel were silent and spotless with the balcony, kitchenette, a jacuzzi tub.
The views were ugly.
